Upon graduating from Texas A&M as a USCG licensed Mate, my career started offshore in the Oil & Gas industry as a Ballast Control Operator on an anchored MODU. Within the first year, I began my training as a Dynamic Positioning (DP) Operator  and continued my time offshore on a  DP drilling vessel. Coming ashore, I began teaching mariners in 2006 in both USCG approved and industry driven courses, with MODU Stability as my prime focus. Throughout the years additional training has become necessary to meet increased regulations. These regulations and training have created vast improvements in the safety culture and job performance offshore, but also keep our mariners away from home.

I am excited to use the current advances in technology to give the mariners their time back at home by offering training that can be done at their convenience in the comfort of their own home. Interactive E-learning allows the mariner to work at their own pace, in any location or time zone, while also saving the company sponsoring them hotel and travel costs.
